The Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager – Healthcare to lead and expand the company's presence across athe Norfolk region. This role is crucial for driving new business, fostering strong client relationships, and strategically growing revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition across care homes, private hospitals, and other private healthcare settings.
Build and nurture robust client relationships at all levels, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Lead and collaborate with recruitment and service delivery teams to effectively meet client needs and expectations.
Strategically grow hours, revenue, and margin within your designated region.
Proactively identify and capitalise on emerging markets and growth opportunities.
Ensure the delivery of service excellence, compliance with all regulations, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing, ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity.
A strong track record of successful client acquisition, retention, and demonstrably growing revenue.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating drive, urgency, and a competitive edge.
The ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate teams in a high-performance environment.
