Are you an 'admin king or queen' with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? Ainsworth Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Fulfilment Manager to join our fast-paced healthcare recruitment team!
This pivotal role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, ensuring the seamless placement of healthcare professionals from initial booking to successful onboarding. Key Responsibilities Include:
End-to-end management of candidate fulfilment and bookings.
Meticulous diary and schedule management for candidates and clients.
Ensuring strict compliance and documentation (DBS, Right-to-Work, CQC standards).
Providing exceptional administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising effectively with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a highly administrative or operational role (3+ years preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Immediate availability and ability to work shifts from 3 PM - 10 PM initially, plus some weekend shifts between 7 AM - 10 AM.
