Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead services for our client - a well established national provider. The role is just outside Edinburgh City Centre. As a Registered Manager, you’ll oversee high‑quality support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, ensuring safe, personalised and empowering care.
About the Role – Registered Manager
Lead and develop a team of Support Workers and Team Leaders
Oversee care delivery for individuals with varied and complex needs
Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement
Build positive relationships with families, staff and external partners
Ensure services run safely, effectively and in line with regulations
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For – Registered Manager
SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Level 4 desirable or working towards)
Strong operational and people‑management experience
Full UK driving licence
Confident leader with a passion for high‑quality care
