Ainsworth Recruitment is supporting a client that is growing, and looking for a driven, people‑focused Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This isn’t just about filling vacancies. It’s about developing strong partnerships, understanding workforce challenges, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across the healthcare sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Development
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare market
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers
Conducting sales calls, client meetings, networking, and market research
Growing existing accounts and maximising revenue opportunities
Creating and implementing strategies to expand your desk
360 Recruitment
Managing the full recruitment cycle from attraction to placement
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals
Building and maintaining a pipeline of high‑quality candidates
Matching candidates to client requirements and ensuring excellent service delivery
Managing compliance, documentation, and ongoing candidate engagement
Account Management
Developing long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
Understanding staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
Ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintaining high service standards and strong retention levels
Requirements:

Ideally, you’ll bring:
Previous recruitment, sales, or business development experience
A strong commercial mindset and confidence in generating new business
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
