Business Development: Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while passionately identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare market.

Requirements:
Proven Recruitment Experience: Solid experience in recruitment, ideally within the Doctors temporary sector
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in building rapport, handling objections gracefully, and negotiating successfully.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
