Regional Operations Manager: 


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced leader to oversee branch operations and community care delivery across a designated region. This role focuses on driving regional growth, managing a team of Branch Managers, and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence.


The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and financial performance of their region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance & Finance: Overseeing branch P&L within allocated budgets to ensure profitable performance and meeting all regional KPIs.

  • Leadership: Mentoring and supporting Branch Managers through regular site visits, succession planning, and fostering a positive culture that promotes staff retention.

  • Business Growth: Identifying local market opportunities and competitor trends to formulate innovative growth strategies and win new business.

  • Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all branches operate safely, legally, and in full alignment with internal policies and sector regulations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building collaborative relationships with internal support functions and representing the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Sector Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the care sector, specifically within community care.

  • Leadership Track Record: Proven experience in multi-site operational management and leading diverse teams.

  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to analyse data and insights to make informed, commercial decisions.

  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across the region are essential.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities with a solutions-focused "can-do" attitude.
