Description:
The RoleThis is a pivotal new role created to bridge the gap between a contract win and a "live" service. You will be the face of the business during the transition phase, ensuring that clients receive a seamless, world-class onboarding experience. By taking ownership of the implementation lifecycle, you will ensure operational excellence while freeing up the senior director to focus on national growth.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation: Manage the transition of new contract wins (Bank Management, Neutral Vendor, etc.) from the sales phase to "Business as Usual" (BAU).
Stakeholder Management: Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients during the critical onboarding phase.
Account Growth: Identify organic growth opportunities within newly implemented accounts—maximising the revenue potential of every contract.
Project Management: Ensure all technical, compliance, and staffing milestones are met on time and within scope.
Tender Support: Provide expert insight and content for re-bids and new tenders based on "on-the-ground" implementation data.
Requirements:
The Candidate
Organisational Expert: Ideally from a high-level Project Management or Events Management background.
Healthcare Experience: Previous experience with large-scale healthcare staffing providers (e.g., NHSP or major workforce solution groups).
Leadership: A Level 5 Leadership qualification or similar is highly desirable.
Character: A detail-oriented professional who is honest, thorough, and capable of holding both internal teams and clients to account.
