Ainsworth Recruitment are working with a Top 11 Global Staffing Group—Europe's largest family-owned, independent recruitment leader. They are currently undergoing a significant investment and expansion phase, seeking experienced, commercially-driven 360 Consultants to own and grow high-value permanent desks in key growth sectors.


🎯 The Opportunity

This role is for an entrepreneurial, high-billing consultant who wants the autonomy of a boutique with the resources and structure of a multinational.

🛠️ Your Role: Driving a Data-Led Desk (360)


You will operate a full 360-recruitment desk, driving revenue by applying a strategic, process-driven approach.

  • Business Generation: Secure exclusive, high-value permanent vacancies through targeted business development (leveraging our Salesforce platform).

  • Strategic Sourcing: Master our cutting-edge systems. Prioritise leveraging the Bullhorn CRM and its AI tools for efficient, database-first candidate matching—we cut admin, not human interaction.

  • Performance: Consistently meet and exceed focused KPIs (Jobs On, CV Sent, Interviews Secured) monitored via our analytics dashboard.

  • Commercial Acumen: Negotiate fees effectively to secure quality, exclusive mandates, demonstrating ownership and commercial seniority.

  • Process Adherence: Operate within our highly structured, data-led environment, ensuring quality, compliance, and maintaining our reputation for integrity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A proven track record of consistent billing success in a sales or recruitment environment (we are seeking experienced hires at present).

  • Technology: Proficiency with CRM systems and a genuine appetite to utilise technology/AI as a powerful aid to drive your personal efficiency.

  • Mindset: The ability to thrive in a structured, performance-driven culture with clear metrics and a commitment to continuous professional development.
