The Role

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and nurturing key strategic relationships with large-scale healthcare providers, trusts, and other significant stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to secure and expand thier client's market share by creating collaborative solutions that meet their partners' complex staffing needs. You will be a vital link between client's external partners and their internal operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximising commercial opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the Platform Sales Lead you will secure new strategic partnerships with major healthcare organisations across the UK.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans that align with our client's business objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and a deep understanding of their evolving needs. 

  • Manage agency relationships as the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) frameworks, overseeing performance and ensuring compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and finance, to design and implement innovative and flexible staffing solutions.

  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and mutually beneficial.

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships, including key management information, to ensure service excellence and strategic delivery.

  • Represent at industry events and conferences, strengthening their brand presence and expanding your professional network.



Requirements:


What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in a strategic partnerships, account management, or business development role, ideally within the healthcare or recruitment sectors.

  • Exceptional commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) frameworks.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels

  • A self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.

  • A genuine passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a tangible impact.


The Offer

Salary: £60,000 per annum


Bonus: A performance-based bonus of up to £35,000, rewarding success and ambition.
