Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex software and technology initiatives. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving forward the implementation of digital solutions from inception to launch.


You will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of digital and software projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with operational priorities.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, engineering, data, clinical, compliance) and external partners to coordinate end-to-end project execution.

  • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with both business goals and healthcare regulations.

  • Manage project governance, maintaining detailed documentation including delivery plans, risk logs, stakeholder updates, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact timelines, budgets, or compliance obligations.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for a broad range of audiences, including clinical users, leadership, and developers.

  • Track and report on project performance, using appropriate metrics to assess delivery progress, resource utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Champion continuous improvement, embedding lessons learned into future delivery processes and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record (4+ years) in Project Management, successfully leading end-to-end delivery of software development and implementation projects.

  • Experience within the healthcare sector, with direct exposure to healthcare applications, clinical systems, and operational processes.

  • Specific experience with the delivery of mobile applications is preferred but not essential.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate user needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams.

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
