Who You Are:

As a Regional Manager, you'll take the reins of operational excellence across both Customers and Clients within your designated region. You'll lead from the front, ensuring our healthcare professionals and clients consistently receive nothing short of exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft and execute a powerful operations strategy.

  • Inspire and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership and growth.

  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) across satisfaction, performance, and experience.

  • Act as the voice of both the customer and the care professional in your region.

  • Drive Engagement, Growth & Retention:

  • Build strong partnerships with key clients and workforce leaders.

  • Ensure smooth operations from onboarding to issue resolution.

  • Reduce churn, boost loyalty, and ensure the delivery of quality care every day.

  • Optimise Operational Delivery:

  • Implement strategic playbooks with streamlined, scalable processes.

  • Translate data into actionable insights that inform decisions and drive performance.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Central Operations teams to ensure unity of purpose.

  • Be a Trusted Leader & Influencer:

  • Report on performance and opportunities at the highest levels.

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape the future direction of services.

  • Proudly represent the brand at events, customer meetings, and industry forums.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in operations, healthcare, healthtech, or service sectors.

  • Mastery in managing both customer-facing and internal teams.

  • A strategic mind with a clear bias for action and performance.

  • Exceptional communication, data analysis, and decision-making skills that inspire trust and deliver results.

  • A problem-solving spirit and the ability to maintain a calm and effective approach under pressure.
