The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our healthcare sector applications, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of care delivery. You will work remotely, enjoying significant flexibility, with the expectation of occasional travel for collaborative sessions, stakeholder engagements, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate closely with product management and diverse stakeholders (including clinical staff, service users, and internal teams) to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our healthcare applications, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.

Requirements Gathering & Prioritisation: Proactively gather, analyse, and translate complex user requirements and business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Own and meticulously manage the product backlog, prioritising features for implementation to maximise value for both users and the business.

Agile Development Lifecycle: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, participating actively in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos). Provide guidance and clarification to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of deliverables and sprint goals.

Market & User Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector, market trends, regulatory landscape, and customer business processes. Become a domain expert capable of confidently demonstrating product capabilities.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, effectively communicating product progress, managing expectations, and resolving issues or risks in a collaborative and pragmatic manner.

Quality Assurance & Improvement: Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements. Contribute to continuous quality improvement processes within the product development lifecycle.

Launch & Adoption: Contribute to go-to-market strategies and product launch activities, ensuring successful adoption and impact of new features and applications.

Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations.
